Sonderzeichen in einer E-mail Adresse

Unser Ocean Booking System kann nun Ankunftsavise per e-mail an die Kundschaft senden. Theoretisch. Denn irgendwie versteht sich das System noch nicht mit dem Mailserver, denn unser Büro möchte immer eine bestimmte Mailadresse einkopiert haben.
